A Gen Z Virtual Assistant from the Philippines, working at the intersection of technology, psychology, and marketing.
I'm naturally warm, bubbly, and people-oriented. I value loyalty, connection, and most of all, growth.
I started my virtual assistance journey in January 2024.
Like many people entering the industry, I wasn't exactly sure where I fit in. I took a VA course, offered free services, explored different tasks, and tried to understand what I genuinely enjoyed doing.
It was overwhelming.
There was so much to learn, so many tools to understand, and so many things happening behind a business that I didn't even know existed.
Then I found an opportunity that completely changed the way I looked at virtual assistance.
I started by working on the more creative side of business.
I created graphics, edited reels, scheduled content, and helped keep a company's social media presence active and consistent.
I worked closely with a founder and experienced the realities of building a business together—through the wins, setbacks, changes, events, advertisements, and everything in between.
Then I was given the opportunity to explore something I hadn't known much about:
the technology behind the business.
That's where everything changed.
I started learning about:
I began to understand that there was an entire system operating behind what customers see.
And I realized that I didn't just enjoy creating the content people see.
I enjoyed understanding how everything worked together.
Where the Systems Come Together
In more than two years in this field, I've had the opportunity to work directly with two business owners.
That may not sound like a long list, but those experiences taught me something I value more than the number of clients I've worked with:
Growth goes both ways.
business owner and a virtual assistant may work from completely different places, but distance doesn't have to get in the way of a genuine working relationship.
You bring the vision.
I bring the expertise.
We build the plan.
We put it into action.
We grow from there.
Somewhere along the way, the work becomes more than just completing tasks. It's about understanding the business, building trust, and creating something that makes a difference.
One of the hardest lessons I've learned is that sometimes, even good people have to go their separate ways.
When my first client and I eventually went in different directions, I realized something:
Good people aren't meant to stay in one room forever.
There are other businesses that need what we've learned.
Other founders who are still figuring things out.
Other people who need someone to help them navigate what's next.
And that's where FlowState by Jossa began.
My vision for FlowState is to work with businesses—especially startups and growing businesses—that don't always know where to begin.
I want to help them navigate their business in the middle of rapidly emerging technology, while learning how to use those tools intentionally.
My goal isn't to make businesses dependent on me.
I want to teach, build, and eventually empower.
I want to help businesses understand their systems, use technology confidently, and eventually stand on their own feet.
Because I don't believe knowledge should be isolated.
I don't want to keep what I know inside one room.
I want to share it.
I want to learn from my clients, teach what I've learned, and let that growth continue beyond our time working together.
Technology is a Tool, Not a Threat.
Technology doesn't have to replace the human side of business.
It can support it. It can make work easier. It can create opportunities.
It can help people spend less time fighting their systems and more time doing meaningful work.
Because that's how growth works.
We learn.
We teach.
We grow.
I'm always excited to see what happens when a good idea meets the right system.
Welcome to Your Next FlowState.
